Christmas Clean Treats- Ferrero Rochers


Christmas can be a time to indulge in all sorts of treats and goodies that’s for sure!

I asked you all what you’d most like me to try and create in regards to Christmas treats and Ferrero Rocher’s was definitely a popular one! So here you go...I made the most amazing raw ferrero rochers, they have to be one of the best recipes I’ve come up with yet !

THE INGREDIENTS:

-1 cup of hazel nuts. -1/4 cup of melted coconut oil. -3 tablespoons of pure Canadian maple syrup. -1/3 cup of hazelnut flour. -2 table spoons of cacao powder. -1 block of Loving Earth Chocolate -2 scoops of mitchellsbonebroth collagen powder. -a few drops of pure vanilla essence. -Extra whole hazel nuts (for the inside of your ferrero rochers) .

METHOD:

-Blend all of your ingredients together in a food processor, excluding the loving earth chocolate and extra hazel nuts. .

-Once all of the ingredients have bound roll into ferrero rocher sized balls.

-Place a hazel nut in the centre of the raw ferrero rocher and place the raw balls in the fridge.

-While the balls are in the fridge melt the loving earth chocolate. Once you’ve melted the chocolate grab your balls back out of the fridge.

-Blitz some of the left over hazel nuts and put in a bowl.

-Roll the balls in the melted chocolate and then the left over blitzed hazel nuts.

-Place the ferrero rochers in the freezer for 20 minutes then leave them in the fridge
