I don't do keto, low carb, fasting, slimming world, MLM products, or any of that complicated "faddy" stuff, we simply follow the proven scientific method of fat loss and "toning" up which is understanding your body's caloric requirements, keeping your NEAT up and strength training.

As a professional Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and mum, my main passion is guiding women like you towards a healthier lifestyle and becoming the best version of yourself. Every human body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. My priority is to ensure women can exercise no matter what their shape, ability, and limitations are. My aim is not only to help transform your body but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health and nutrition too without having to give up wine and chocolate.

4.

Have your zoom or in-person if you are located in Auckland coaching session to go over everything you have just received. 

5.

Full in-person PWR UP Package: nutrition coaching and personal training session all in person

Ensure you stay on track as best you can and follow your program, journalling anything that you are finding difficult to discuss in your follow-up fortnightly coaching sessions.
